Jason: Are ME and CFS different illnesses?

A new study by Prof Leonard Jason suggests that only 60% of patients identified by Fukuda et al. meet the ME-ICC case definition. The current study analyzed two discrete data sets and found that the ME-ICC identified more impaired individuals with more severe symptomatology.
